Shifting outof the mind and into the heart, or out of control into flow as a new operatingsystem can feel very foreign at first. Like any other skill, itimproves with practice.

Think of learning how to skate. When you firststart trying to move forward it feels very awkward and out of control. Youmight stumble quite a bit. But with practice you will find your balance andbefore long you will be gliding along enjoying how much easier and fun yourforward movement is.
