Dear Ones,

亲爱的一们

Many of you no longer know which of your thought processes are social think and which are of new you.

你们许多人已经分不清你哪个思想进程是社会性的思考,哪个是新的你的思考

That is not to say you have not advanced phenomenally in your transition process, but instead that you cling to some outdated thought processes. Some of the pieces you firmly believe in might be a carry-over from one or more of your 3D earth lives.

这不是说你没有在你的转变进程中显著地进展,而是你紧抓一些过时的思考进程。你坚信的一些碎片也许是一个人的遗留物或者你3D的遗留物

An easy way to determine if your thought processes, and therefore beliefs, are of today or yesterday is to review those thoughts in relationship to joy. If your thoughts or beliefs upset you, they are outdated.

一个简单的方法来确定你的思想进程,也就是信念,是今天的还是昨天的,就是在与喜悦的关系中审视这些思想。如果你的思想和信念令你不悦,它们是过时的

Does this mean you should not care about how others are treated or continue to interact with those who treat you inappropriately with a smile?

Not at all. At this point in your transition, you are fully capable of shifting your perspective to see the joy or good in any situation or to remove yourself from that situation.

That last statement makes many of you angry because you are working in an unpleasant environment or you are so entangled in situations you cannot sense a different perspective. Such is your clue that something has to change. Either the person or situation has to improve, or you have to change your perspective. And since you cannot change anyone but you, it is time for you to change your perspective or remove yourself from the situation.

最后的陈述会让许多人不高兴,因为你在不令人愉快的环境中工作或者你深陷无法感到不同视角的情况。这就是你的迹象,有些东西必须改变。要么人或情况必须改善,要么你必须改变你的视角。而你又无法改变任何人,除了自己,是时候去改变你的视角或离开情况

Many of you are now shouting that you cannot change anything. That even though you are trying to change your perspective, you are so closely tied to that person or situation you cannot escape from the resulting fear and pain.

That last statement is no longer true. It was only true when your 3D beliefs were that you were so powerless you had to follow the lead of others even if it made you physically or emotionally ill. That was yesterday.

For many, your first grasp of the totality of your new power will be separating you from your 3D beliefs and fears. The belief that how it is today will be the same tomorrow and forever more.

Even though you are powerful enough not to prostrate yourself before someone hoping they will appreciate or love you, your angst seems to expand daily.

What are your power pieces in those situations that continue your fear beliefs? What can you do to break that chain of fear? That is your power point. That is the direction you need to take.

Some of you will discover that ignoring those who cause you pain, or accepting they are having difficulties you cannot heal, or removing yourself physically, will shift you into the joyful feelings for which you have been searching.

Allow yourself to experiment with actions that may seem inappropriate but that you are drawn to. Perhaps you no longer wish to respond to your telephone messages. Perhaps it is time for a different job or to find a new community.

让自己尝试可能看似不恰当的行为,但你被吸引了。也许你不再希望回复你的短信。也许是时候换个工作或找个新社区

Take back your power to create the life that is right for you. Not the life that has been right in the past, but the life that is correct for you now.

Your first step is to claim your right to be in specific situations. You will know you have claimed that right when you feel joyous.

第一步就是宣称你有权利处于特定的情况。你会知道你宣称了那个权利,当你感到喜悦

We will not fool you with statements that you will feel wonderful immediately. For at first, you will likely be filled with fear and angst. What if the people you have shifted your behavior with no longer wish to interact with you? What if you lose your job? What if you are sanctioned or harmed in other 3D ways?

我们不会用你会立即感觉美好的话语欺骗你。因为一开始,你可能会充满恐惧和焦虑。如果你对其转变行为的人不再希望与你交互?如果你失去工作?如果你在其他的3D方式中被制裁或受伤?

Yes, what if? Do you have the courage to claim yourself and your power?

That is your angst now for you can feel your inner-power muscles flexing, even though your outer world is just as it was. So you feel as if you are in a cage pondering, “If I do this, I might destroy my life and if I don’t do this my life is filled with fear.” Either option may seem too difficult to contemplate.

这是你此刻的焦虑,因为你能感到你内在力量的肌肉在收缩,即使外在世界还是老样子。所以你感到好像你在一个笼子里思考,“如果我做这个,我可能会毁了我的生活,如果我不做,我的生活充满恐惧。”无论什么选择都似乎难以面对

Yet it is time to claim your new being.

For until you do, you will feel angst, anger, fear or anything else that indicates you are not functioning as a new being, but instead are treading water in the 3D world despite your need to flex your new you muscles.

直到你这么做,你会感到焦虑,愤怒,恐惧,任何表明你没有作为新存在运行的东西,但与其在3D世界踏水,不管你的需求去收缩新的你的肌肉

You have no parents holding you down. You have no societal rules that you have to follow. You have only you to answer to. And even if you have others, children, spouses, parents, etc., dependent on your actions, perhaps you need to review how those interactions have become less loving and more filled with anger as you care for them at the risk of losing your being.

你没有父母紧抓着你。你没有社会规则必须跟随。你只需向自己交代。即使你有别人,孩子,配偶,父母等等,依赖着你的行为,也许你需要审视那些交互如何变得不怎么有爱,更多地充满了愤怒,随着你关心他们,冒着失去你存在的风险

You can no longer have it both ways – playing the good 3D person with inner 5D or beyond powers. Something has to give. And it is your decision what that something is.If you are too frightened to claim yourself, you will reside in anger and fear not only towards yourself but to others you love or care for. If you claim your new powers of love and joy, you will most likely be frightened at first for such actions are so opposite of what you are used to doing or being.

你无法再忽左忽右---伴随着内在的5D或其上的力量扮演3D的好人。有些东西不得不放弃。你来决定那是什么。如果你害怕去宣称自己,你会驻留于恐惧和愤怒,不仅会朝向自己还有你爱的人和关心的人。如果你宣称你新的爱与喜悦的力量,你可能会在一开始害怕如此的行为---和你习惯的行事与存在方式如此反驳

It is your choice. Move to joy even if fearful. Or remain in angst and angry feeling as if you are powerless.

这是你的选择。朝向喜悦,即使是令人害怕的。或者处于焦虑和愤怒,感到好似你是无力的

The recent energies have stoked your inner-power grids. It is time to test those new grids with either a change in perspective or physical and emotional shifts from those who wish for you to remain in fear or tied to them in ways that encumber your life.

最近的能量激起了你内在力量的网格。是时候去用改变视角或物理和情绪上从那些希望你处于恐惧或与他们紧系之人转移来测试那些新网格

Even though it is your choice, if you elect to remain in 3D fears and beliefs, your new power grids will make it more and more difficult for you to do so. So be it. Amen.
