The commitment of each of you to the Earth and those around you is enormous!  You need to lead by example wherever you go, and it starts with taking care of your own body (a receptacle of the crystalline frequencies that God has so lovingly sent for your own good and benefit).  Take care of nature that is also supportive of all of you!  Take care of your mental health!  Stop watching, following discussions, nonsense, violence news and fear TV news.  Don't feed your heads with these old frequencies.
