Loving yourself is a very important aspect of our lives. We need to love ourselves in order to be able to love others. When we do not love ourselves, it is much easier for us to judge others and treat them badly.
爱自己是我们生活非常重要的一个方面。我们需要爱自己才能爱别人。当我们不爱自己，我们就很容易去评判别人，对别人不好
It is easy to love others but hard to love yourself because sometimes when we do something wrong or hurt ourselves, we feel guilty or ashamed, but when we truly understand that it is our own fault, then any guilt disappears... ( whenever we LET GO about it to move on ...)
爱别人很容易，但爱自己很难，因为有时候当我们做错了什么或伤害了自己，我们感到内疚或惭愧，但当我们真正明白是我们自己的过错，任何内疚会消失（当我们放下它并向前看）
The best thing about loving yourself is that once you start practicing it, then there won’t be anything stopping.

If you don’t love yourself, then you are going to be very unhappy in life because your happiness depends on how much love you have for yourself.

If you don’t know how to love yourself, then it’s going to be hard for you to be able to give love to others, too. And if you can’t give anyone else love, then your own heart is going to get really lonely and sad all by itself.

You see, when we’re born into this world, we come with a lot of baggage that we’ve been carrying around since we were tiny babies – but luckily for us, there’s an easy way out of all that stuff!

The moment you start to compare your life with another person’s, it means that you don’t love yourself enough because it makes you feel small and inferior.

If you truly love yourself, you will be happy about who you are.

You cannot change who you are, so try not to hate yourself for what your body looks like or for having a certain skin color or hair texture or eyes, etc.

Those things are just a part of who we are, but they don’t define us as people – they simply make up our individual characteristics (thoughts, feelings, emotions).

The more you love yourself, the more you will realize that you are a beautiful being with unlimited potential. The more you love yourself, the more confident you become and the more successful you are.

If you think about it, loving yourself is one of the most important things in life because if we don’t love ourselves, we can never be happy.

When someone loves themselves, they will do anything for their own good. They don’t need other people’s approval because they know deep down inside that they are special and amazing!

When you love yourself, it makes life so much easier because then you don’t have to worry about what other people think or say because they won’t bother you anymore. You are your own person, and nobody else can make decisions for you but yourself!

If you do not love yourself, no one else will be able to love you. If someone really loves you, then they will be able to see your strengths and weaknesses clearly. They will be able to support and encourage you when you need it the most.
如果你不爱自己，没人能够来爱你。如果有人真心爱你，他们就能够清晰地看到你的优点和缺点。他们能够在你最需要的时候支持和鼓励你
If someone does not love themselves, they can only give their love through self-sacrifice or self-abnegation. They cannot allow themselves to be happy because that would mean that they were failing at their job as a mother or father. They cannot take time out for themselves because that would mean that they were not doing their best at work or school.

Self-love means loving ourselves unconditionally without expecting anything in return from others except their respect for our individuality.

Self-love is the love of self, the love of one’s own being. It is the ability to see oneself clearly and without bias, as a whole human being with a unique character, and not just as a collection of physical or mental attributes. Self-love is not narcissism, which is an unhealthy preoccupation with oneself.
自爱就是爱自己的存在。就是能够清晰地看到自己，不带偏见，视自己为一个有着独特个性的完整的人，不只是一个身体或精神属性的集合体。自爱不是自恋，自恋是一种不健康的对自己的关注
I have hope that with the grace of the universe, we will all continue to evolve in our consciousness. If you know what you need, ask the universe for it and be a channel of its (loving) expression.
我希望伴随着宇宙的恩典，我们继续进化我们的意识。如果你知道你需要什么，向宇宙请求它，成为它有爱表达的一个管道
If you don’t know what you need, ask the universe what it is that you need and be guided by loving intelligence. Give it to yourself, create it, love it, appreciate it.

If everyone could unconditionally love themselves, perhaps we could raise ourselves high enough in the collective consciousness to co-create a beautiful world.
