And when individuals feel anger or hatred towards certain political figures,how do they reconcile that with what we're learning from yourself and others about getting along on the planet?Is it reflection of just your own negativity or?

Okay, and this person is asking in times of war, chaos and inaccessibility to certain resources, it feels natural to prepare through learning survival skills, making emergency plans, etc.But this person is wondering if preparing for these kinds of situations aligns us with the very reality that we want to avoid.So how does one navigate these times if they want to experience a more positive reality?
